We are about to start a pilot project for a well known (national) chain of stores – and send the whole wretched business of someone having to ‘do the staff ring around’ into Room 101….

It was apparent that getting hold of off duty staff (urgently) was a real nuisance and took up a lot of staff time. But it takes two minutes to send them a text. One simple text can now be sent to:

  • An individual (or selected individuals)
  • All of the staff at a selected store (or stores)
  • All of the staff at all of the stores

The staff time saved is projected to save the firm £90k / year, (and probably more).
